I don&amp;#39;t currently have data for these, but from memory, the hiring to onboarding ratio was, for most of my vendors, pretty high -- like over 95% of extended/accepted offers would start.  It&amp;#39;s probably higher now, because demand is lower, and candidates can&amp;#39;t game the system with multiple offers like they used do.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Overall attrition for me has been all over the place -- sometimes as high as 50% in a year (which is effectively a revolving door).  Ideally, I&amp;#39;d like to see overall attrition under 20%.  Managed vs. surprise attrition is really a measure designed to socially engineer honesty and transparency with the vendor -- if the team is &amp;quot;retained&amp;quot; and resources are onboarded and trained for work, I&amp;#39;d like to know as far as possible in advance if there&amp;#39;s going to be turn over. I know linear models make the math easier, but I will offer one proposed amendment:  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Those &amp;quot;large&amp;quot; change events have more of an impact, on more team members, and therefore have more of an exponential effect.
