Functional Anarchy

During my first trip to India, I had a great conversation with the CEO of the company we were working with. He's a serial entrepreneur, and has worked in the software industry in the US and India his whole long and storied career. He gave me what was clearly a stump speech about India, and what I might be experiencing as an American businessman traveling in India for the first time. I believe the phrase he used was "functional anarchy". What he meant is summed up in this little clip from YouTube, of a very quiet intersection in some unnamed town in India.
